MHPN Psycho-cardiology Network

The Australian Centre for Heart Health has led the establishment of the Victorian Psycho-Cardiology Network. Several meetings of the network have been held to-date, attended by over 60 health professionals on each occasion. The network has heard from a series of high calibre speakers, including Dr Barbara Murphy, Australian Centre for Heart Health; Professor David Barton, Ballarat Health Service; Dr Marlies Alvarenga, MonashHeart; Professor David Thompson, Centre for Heart and Mind, ACU; and Professor Murray Esler, Baker IDI.

The Victorian Psycho-Cardiology Network has a series of meetings planned and the Australian Centre for Heart Health has been in talks with MHPN about establishing Psycho-Cardiology Networks across Australia.
